Constitutional Law for Criminal Justice

By Jacqueline R. Kanovitz, Jefferson L. Ingram, and Christopher J. Devine

The textbook offers criminal justice professionals the training they need to recognize the constitutional principles that apply to their daily work. Kanovitz and revision authors, Jefferson Ingram and Christopher Devine, provide a comprehensive, well-organized, and up-to-date analysis of constitutional issues that affect the US justice system. This accompanying Instructor and Student Resource website provides free digital materials designed to test student knowledge and save time when preparing lessons.

How to use this site

The Student Quizzes page is organised by chapter and provides a range of question types. The multiple-choice and true-or-false questions can be used to test knowledge of the concepts presented in each chapter, whereas the case studies are designed to apply the knowledge to real world situations.

The Student Study Guide covers the chapter objectives and both the online quizzes and further review questions in a printable format for easy access use alongside the textbook. It can be found on the Student Quizzes and Downloads page.

Weblinks are also provided to link straight to the materials cited in footnotes which are available online for free.

Further downloadable resources can be found under the Downloads section. This includes a printable glossary and the appendix on The Constitution of the United States of America.

Instructor resources can be found on the hub. This includes editable PowerPoint slides to save time when creating lecture slides, a test bank of additional questions for instructor use, and an Instructor Guide to link these resources to teaching objectives.
