How do I download the TASS?<\/summary>\n

To access the assessment tool, visit the Gain Access<\/a> page. You will be prompted to answer a security question before the software programme can be downloaded.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

The TASS isn\u2019t fitting onto my screen. What do I do?<\/summary>\n

This application works best at a standard display resolution of 1920 \u00d7 1080 at 100% so it may be necessary to adjust your settings for optimal use.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

An individual isn\u2019t part of a group \u2013 what do I do?<\/summary>\n

If they are not naturally part of a group, you can choose a generic name such as \u2018non-group\u2019 or \u2018consultancy\u2019- you will then be able to search for them under that heading.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

How many clients can I have on this App?<\/summary>\n

You can store up to 100 people under your individual user profile*, however, it is good practice to not store data on the assessment tool for any longer than necessary and that as soon as intervention is completed, that the profile information is exported (print to pdf) and saved in a secure setting.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Is my data secure?<\/summary>\n

It is highly recommended that assessors do not store data on the assessment tool for any longer than necessary and that as soon as intervention is completed, that the profile information is exported (print to pdf) and saved in a secure setting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The user should be aware of their own, and their organisation\u2019s responsibilities, for the appropriate use and storage of data and personal information under the General Data Protection Regulations. Please refer to your own or your organisation\u2019s GDPR policy to ensure that any data being processed whilst using this package is in accordance with these regulations.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

How can I measure progress?<\/summary>\n

Each of the forms are set up so that you can reassess and measure progress. We recommend that you use the manual to guide you where to start and then reassess using the TASS to show progress. The authors have developed some excel spreadsheets to show before and after scores, so if this would be helpful please do contact us and we will share these with you. How can I export information from the App?<\/summary>\n

Select the option to \u2018print form\u2019 and then save as a pdf onto your computer.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Where can I get the paper version of the assessment forms?<\/summary>\n

On the screen: \u2018Assessment Main Options\u2019 – You can download pdfs of the forms onto your computer here. You will be asked to select the folder you wish them to be sent to. They will then appear in a zipped folder named \u2018TASS assessment forms\u2019.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
