Introduction to Rhythm
This chapter continues a study of music fundamentals with a focused treatment of rhythm and related notation. You will be introduced to simple and compound meters, common rhythmic values, dots and ties, flags and beams, meter signatures, and syncopation. Basic articulations and dynamics are covered in this chapter as well.
