            An infant was born at 27 weeks and 1 day of gestation, weighing 695 grams. Delivery was an emergent breech extraction due to preterm labor and PROM with fetal bradycardia, complicated by maternal fibroids. Apgar scores were 3, 3, and 5 at 1, 5, and 10 minutes, respectively. The infant was intubated but did not require chest compressions. The infant was transported in critical condition. Subsequent cranial ultrasounds revealed severe intraventricular hemorrhage (IVH).
